Some people say that people with a lot of money see only for themselves and not for others.
They are judged to be arrogant and insensitive for not sharing their incomes with those who need them most.
With this article, we intend to unveil some of the wealthiest people in the world who contribute with something to help those who are not in the same situation.
Many times, they help through existing foundations or by creating them themselves.
- Carlos Slim Helú is the fifth richest person in the world and is the president of the Carlos Slim Helú Foundation, which invested $100 million dollars in the WWF for the conservation of the environment, $106 million dollars to Mexico to recover from the earthquake of 2017 and many others.
- Bill and Melinda Gates are the second richest in the world. They have devoted much of their fortune to the fight against polio and malaria.
- George Soros from Budapest he is the president of Soros Fund Management and of Quantum Fund. He spent $763 million on government programs and human rights initiatives.
- Mark Zuckerberg is the eighth richest person in the world. He donates $519 million to charity.
- Jeff Bezos is the richest person in the world. He donates $2 million dollars for the poor people and to build schools.

These are some of the many millionaires who devote a percentage of their fortune to helping others. So, power doesn't always overcome human sensibility.
